ABOUT JOSIE
Josie has been in the fitness business for 25+ years. It started as a hobby in her teens and soon after leaving college, she qualified as an aerobics instructor going on to teach almost every type of popular studio based class invented in some of the top health clubs in West London, as well as providing a personal training service.
Five years ago Josie and her family moved to Kent where she set up Pilates & yoga classes, built up a portfolio of clients and until recently, retained her clients in London. She is now concentrating on her local work and online video business. As well as regular posts on all aspects of living a healthy lifestyle, you can download Pilates and yoga videos from this site as well as other fitness downloads carefully chosen for the results they will help you achieve. This year Josie is planning to organise retreats so keep an eye on this site.
