RECIPES TO REDUCE WATER RETENTION

A healthy diet, full of fresh fruit and vegetables can be beneficial in many ways: from preventing some cancers and disease to helping control your weight. These two simple recipes can help relieve water retention.
WATERFALL JUICE
Place 3 celery sticks, 3 carrots and 3 green apples through a juicer with a handful of flat parsley. Drink immediately.
WATERFALL SALAD
Chop 2 celery sticks, a generous slice of water melon, 1 chicory bulb and 2 sweet apples. Place in a bowl and pour a tablespoon of walnut oil and a tablespoon of wine vinegar over the top and mix thoroughly.
